scheduling/set up related

We want to be able to put all Nurses next to each other and then front staff. We are unable to so its hard when you have to look 3 colums over to see who is doing what. If all nurses were next to each other you could easily see who is doing what.

We would like a feature where they can preset the length of the appointment based on the appointment type. i.e. immunization appointment would always be a hour. They would be allowed to set this up in a setup screen.

When scheduling an appointment we frequently run out of space for notes. We abbreviate as best as we can, but this is where we keep important inforamtion such as the service being requested, approval by a nurse to schedule if needed, and insurance...

We have marked holidays, but some clerks create an appointment on those days. We also have agency-wide events (e.g. All-Staff Meeting), and would like the ability to prevent creation of appointments during that time.

As an agency we are able to put our operating days in the scheduler but then it still shows all 7 days of the week. It would be nice if we preset our days of operation as Monday through Friday that those we be the only days that show up when we ar...

All employees, scheduling would be easier, also it wouldn't make the scheduler have so many people if they are working with the same client/clinic!

It would be nice if the month was from that day you were on and a month beyond.. We schedule people out 6 months or so. We don't have appt's every week. So if someone calls today and asks when the appt is, if I check and look up this month it give...
