A client with many long-term medications may result in a very long report. Allowing a filter to be used to only include unacknowledged interactions on the report would be helpful.

We would love to have the ability to run a report that shows the list of clients and primary clinician. Currently, the report runs with all clinicians assigned, not just primary.
