When scheduling an appointment we frequently run out of space for notes. We abbreviate as best as we can, but this is where we keep important inforamtion such as the service being requested, approval by a nurse to schedule if needed, and insurance verification information for when the client checks in. We also run out of room under the billing notes section. This is under client details, Billing. WHen a client claim has been rejected or denied and follow up is needed, this is where we document the date of follow up, including the reference number for any calls or follow up needed. This tends to fill up quickly as the client has multiple services and claims with us.
