adding your own titles to columns in scheduler when dropping/dragging

our printed activity calendar has columns for DOB/phone number/MA #. it would be nice to be able to design your own titles

On the providers/programs tab under client details - add a spot for VA, Blues & UCare and maybe an "other insurance" for ID numbers so it will auto fill in the subscriber tab and we have history
