Health History tab improvements

It’d be great if the blue Health History tab in Client Details could be updated to provide a place to record a TRUE health history & not just smoking status like it currently has. This information would be extremely beneficial!!

Allow Agency to Set Warning if activity is created that falls into a window set by the agency

Concerns that you can add future or past dates to an activity. Wondered about creating again at the agency info level a default to set a warning when an activity is created that falls within the window of the criteria set at the agency info level....
