Aide Assignments - The Task Notes field only allows 100 characters. Sometimes this is not enough. Either allow agency to set field size, or increase to larger size.

Reports: On the printed reports - (progress notes, telephone notes, etc.) would be easier to see who created the report. The employee responsible is in the activity details, but would be quicker to see if it is printed by/under the signature line....

Activities and reports: Travel time must be excluded in certain clients there fore the "road time" needs to be accounted for. Making it the default would avoid the issue of staff forgetting to check it and being off on dailies.
