Supplies list by Description rather than Number

List supply by description rather than number. Possibly even rename Description to Name. then it will sort the supply by the name and not by number

Health History tab improvements

It’d be great if the blue Health History tab in Client Details could be updated to provide a place to record a TRUE health history & not just smoking status like it currently has. This information would be extremely beneficial!!

BOLD the date of the Activity in Client activities.

When scrolling through the list of client activities it will help if it would stand out more, and not blend in with everything else.

Pay Source Information

On pay source set up, have an additional tab with Pay source Contact information. Contact Name, Phone Number, E-mail address.

Additional Contrast Requested for Client Level Report List.

Additional contrast is requested on the client level report list (see image below). There isn't enough contrast with the dark blue on the light blue and it is difficult to read. (Especially with aging monitors and eyes!).
