We would like to be able to assign cost centers to specific employees. In the budget process we assign specific employees to specific grants and other funding sources, these our our cost centers. Even though we educate staff on how to use, when to use and who should use, it seems that each month there are corrects to the cost center listed in the activities. This is time intensive to correct. If we could assign cost centers to specific employees, they could only select the funding sources that they are budgeted for.
