Separate MRSA, VRE & C Diff on the Emergency Preparedness tab

Our nurses would like to check a box for the exact infection the client has. Right now they have to explain which one of the infections listed in the free text box.

include "pt still drives themself" in emergency plan

client details- it would be nice to have a choice of "Patient drives themself" under the transportation tab as we have several HMKR only people that still drive and are their own caretaker.
