It would be helpful to have a search box on the top of some of the set up screen that have long lists. Tops on my list would Employee, Providers, Supplies, Activities, etc

Allow us under custom tabs to add the option of scanning a file to tab.
If you had a custom tab for specific information, for instance insurance information, the ability to scan the Remittance Advice or letter to patient and attach the scan file would be very beneficial. You can look in one place instead of going back...

Cost Center setup should allow you to set it to a program
In the cost center setup you should be allowed to tie a program to the cost center. For instance Immunizations cost center should have the immunization program linked to it. So when you click the cost center it automatically populates the program....

Retricting Access to Activities Screen

Have DOB flow thru with name on all tabs

Add communication note that we could esign/fax to physician/provider similar to a verbal order.
Allows nurses to fax note to provider from out in the field with a signature without having to print/scan/etc would be appropriate under client details or episode.

Add next of kin relationships to the Agency Preferences Section
Some of the immunization registries have limits on which relationships will be accepted. It would be useful for us to have the accepted versions for our registries at the top of the list so that staff are not using those not accepted.

Add Files tab at Employee Level
Is there anyway to add a tab under employee information for some of therepersonnel records to be scanned to? Kind of like the "files" tab underclients.

Add Location to the Supply list screen
Is there a capability to add columns to the supply list? There are fields when entering supplies that are not captured in the list you can view, for example location is captured but not in the list. Can we add this to the list?
