Some of the immunization registries have limits on which relationships will be accepted. It would be useful for us to have the accepted versions for our registries at the top of the list so that staff are not using those not accepted.

Also - only allow next of kin to be checked once per client. allowing multiple contacts to be next of kin, negates the purpose of next of kin for immunization registries.
