In the cost center setup you should be allowed to tie a program to the cost center. For instance Immunizations cost center should have the immunization program linked to it. So when you click the cost center it automatically populates the program. I like being able to set up custom tabs and link them to certain programs but if the employee doesn't complete the program tab than the tab doesn't populate.
I agree- and/or to tie a service to a cost center/program that would default or autofill when an option is selected.
