it should work by when you click on the persons profile, the alert pop ups. The nurses need to be able to put reminders in on people for reminders on mammos, paps, to have certain paperwork signed, and it's getting missed because the reminder is so small, no one see's it. we need it to pop up when you click on the persons profile, so you actually see it and have to close out to move forward.
