If a nurse isn’t listed as a nurse for the patient, they will type up a verbal order and then go to save it and it won’t save – they have to go out and add their name and then retype the information. Haven’t had it happen for a 485 before, but this was for a SOC and a different nurse went out to admit him than originally planned, so hadn’t put her name in. Same for 485.
