Would like to be able to add information on med sections – such as meds are set up by RN, refills are called to pharmacy, deliver or who picks them up, who pays copayments
Yes I had created a similar idea regrading this. I feel this is an important area that needs to be incorporated into Champ. We are currently completing it manually, and it is very time consuming.
this was looked at closely by the state surveyors. Luckily, we didn't get a deficiency in it but they did say we needed to make changes to be compliant.
Adding a MAR that can be created from the med list would be highly appreciated. We are a Medicare certified Home Health Agency and this a requirement. It would definitely decrease the risk of med errors.
