In Custom Forms, allow 12 hour expiration time of public URL to be changed
The agency likes the fact that they can assign a form to a client without them having to return it with their name/dob/address. I think this is possibly for sending out surveys.
I would like to suggest that the link doesn't expire to to at least give 24 hours. Our custom forms with client information are sent in a secure, HIPAA compliant format. Other EHRs such as EPIC, don't have links that expire. They allow you to update your information prior to the appointment many days in advance with no expiration. You can even start the forms, review of information, leave and come back at a later date.

I should also say that my request would be for the client generated custom forms not the public URL as I thought that did not expire.
