It would be great if when you are adding a subscriber to a client, that there is a Retro option like there is when you change rates. I have had had several clients that have a change in pay source and have had to manually go to each activity to up...

Add "Spanish-Cuba" to preferred language. Currently there are many other options for people who speak Spanish but there is not one for people from Cuba.

Be able to free text "other" medication without requiring using drop down

Adding several medications takes time to wait for the "other" option to autopopulate. It would save time with medication entry if we were able to type in the medication.

New activity; could you add 2 check boxes next to "add travel total hours" 1) for billiable travel (for payer) 2) municipal car

activity, billing. This would cut down on entering travel time separate, also finding an activity, you wouldn't have as much to scroll through.

In Setup-Services - have a separate Level of Access for cost centers, invalid activity combo, pay sources and services so that we may restrict those roles/rights. Appointments, Supplies, VIS and Vaccines are such different rights compared to the previous stated. Not everyone should be in the main set up of cost centers, invalid activity combo, pay sources and services that would have access to supplies, VIS & vaccines.
