We are in the process of closing our certified home care services. We will be keeping a few of these clients through a different program with a lower level of care, so some of the questions in the Prognosis tab of the Plan of Care are no longer applicable, but I can’t “uncheck” them since they are radio buttons. We are requesting a way to clear that section.
