PHI Disclosure Log
I would like to see a way to complete a PHI Disclosure Log right in Nightingale Notes similar to what I saw demonstrated in Office Ally. I send out a lot of paperwork and it would be nice to complete the disclosure log in the EHR versus having to write it out and scan it in. Have you been requested to add in a disclosure log anywhere in the system?
If so, where did you put it and what did it look like?
One of our nurses here developed a custom tab, but we don’t think it’s going to work because it doesn’t save history of disclosures.
