Putting the previous and current months charges/payments etc on a current statement would help our clients and billers with what the previous balance is. Our statements are very confusing and could be formatted in a better way as well. Only having it say at the top previous balance with the amount confuses clients and it would help billers to look at a statement and figure our activities easier and faster.
