In December, 2021 a feature was released in the Gold package that allows an agency to create a form and send it out to specific clients or publish it to the public. The data completed on the form is brought back into Nightingale Notes and matched up with an existing client record, or can be used to create a new client record.
Looking at this fall or early winter with the need of Covid vaccination along with influenza vaccination, plus school vaccination it will be of even greater need to have the capability for e-signature, & electronic consents functionality with Champ software.
