This is for the dashboard. Our nursing supervisor said it would be helpful for a chart on the supervisor dashboard to show each employee and their clients open (and show the proportion with and without activity). This would allow them to have conversations about those without activity, including whether it's time to close their account, or to try different outreach techniques to reach them.
