I am wondering if/how we can change the wording that automatically populates at the top of a verbal order?  The following is what it puts:
Please sign and return this note confirming your order concerning xxx xxxx.  As recorded your verbal order was as follows:
We have had some providers who do not like this verbiage. 
Could it be changed to "Please review, sign and return this note confirming this order concerning xxx xxxx."
