Update the client chart status as closed, and put an end date for an open program,  when you discharge the chart/client. There are multiple things that need to be checked when closing a chart. It would be helpful if you only needed to do one box and the rest updated. Also to time stamp each time it closes in the notes so we can track how often the client is in and out of services. As well as, auto populate the date the chart is opened each time is it opened.
