It would be great if when admitting a patient and  clicking through all the tabs under client details that when you get to Goals and objectives we could enter our goals here and then not only would they carry over to the Discharge or transfer like they do now, but they would fill out the goals section on the plan of care in episodes- otherwise i feel like we are basicly typing the same thing in 2 places.
