Add an option in client detail to click if this is a community and coalition activity and bring up different options

Many data fields do not apply when a community client, coalition activity,  etc are the client to which activity, time tracking and charting are entered.  Examples include: birthdate, next of kin, demographics which are not needed.   This change would improve the ability to document the department's efforts under Public Health 3.0.  This would offer the ability to enhance data collection regarding an agency's efforts to engage multiple partners and community sectors to improve health including how they address the social determinants of health.
