Create a report to show client, claim, payment, and allowance information all on one report.

Many times information is needed as to what or how much each different insurance is paying toward specific services.  Or how much was billed for a service during a specific time period and how much was paid.

    Please also add the Cost Center for each individual visit billed on this report.  Our Cost Centers are related to funding sources.  Some funding sources require a report showing the amount of any reimbursement by insurance and/or Medicaid.  The report needed would link the Activity Entry Cost Center with the payment for the individual claim line generated for the service provided.
