Drug interactions are showing for medications that have an end date- i.e. discontinued medications the client is no longer on for both the discontinued medication and other current and discontinued medications on the med list making the interaction lists quite long, especially for a client you have seen for a while or who has a history of multiple medication changes.

It would make the interaction feature significantly more useful for only include current medications, those which do not have an end date or which have an end date after the current date.
