Home care is required to document each medication set up and which days, signed by the nurse setting up the medications. It is required to be in a medication administration format for each month. Currently, we are filling out this form and it is very time consuming and it needs to be completed for each month. If this was in the online charting in NNotes, it would make it much easier for nurses to chart this with their visit charting. This would be best as a tab in the activity.
