Could it be changed to not have the visit auto lock when an OASIS  when assessment/OASIS are done together. Nurses very often want to add some notes to the assessment but it has locked. I get that they should  not lock the OASIS until that is done but then they fear they will not go back in to lock it. Could the OASIS lock without locking the daily? I think staff will revert to doing the OASIS/assessment separately and that is not efficient
