Add place to keep image of signature

We are required by Medicare and some other payers to keep a log of Physician and Employee handwritten signatures on file.  Currently we are doing this in an EXCEL spreadsheet.  I’m wondering if a text file field can be added to the Physicians and Employee Set up entries allowing us to copy and paste an example of their handwritten signature.  We would also need to print this for specified Physicians to submit to payers as requested (most recently ADR’s).
