Is there a way for an agency to increase the number of characters on a note pad within an intervention and on the KBS side of a pathway?
We found the 500 to not be adequate so worked around it by creating a custom tab labeled “Narrative Notes” with a text box for 5000 characters. Our home health staff is finding this is not always the best solution. Example: I was just shown a client with 10 “Actual” problems out of 17 where this will not work so well. The flow of the charting is broken up and difficult to navigate back and forth to Narrative Notes tab. It also would be difficult to read in a Visit Report.
