We would like to be able to have certain “roles” be able to unlock a record from within the service. When we are going into the pending claims for billing, we may notice something that doesn’t look right so we can currently right click and open that record/service in a new tab. Once the service is open, we can view but are unable to make any corrections without going back into the service list and scrolling through to find that service again. It would be much easier to be able to unlock from within the service so you don’t have to spend time searching through all of their other services.
