Add start/end dates to Assignments on Episodes tab
Additions to Assignments:
- need recipient’s signature when the client is a PCW,
- a space for free writing for HHA to make comments after the visit,
- a box indicating if client declined/or if cares were provided for a specific task,
- need Emergency contact on the form,
- signature and date for the HHA to sign,
- a place for the RN to sign,
- a place for the RN to type wound care (more than 100 characters),
- somewhere to indicate if the HHA is required to have training.
