Report on Reminders for clients by date,for primary assigned employee and program

We need a report that would show all reminders for clients and that can be sorted by the date of the reminder.

Running the client reminder report and noticed that when you pick to run the report by employee, it lists all the employees that are assigned to the client in the client detail section under the providers/program tab. Is there some way that it would list only the primary assigned employee for the reminders?
