Add Appointment Prefix of "No Show" to the Scheduler

Today appointment prefix can't be changed. To record a no show we have to add an appointment status of 'No Show'.  To do this go would just go to Setup >  Appointment Statuses > click New Status > select Scheduled from the prefix drop down > enter No Show in the Appointment status field and Save. Would like to be able to use the Prefix of No Show.
