Create an area in the verbal order section of the episode tab to track when MD orders are  sent for signature. We need to be able to demonstrate to state surveyors  and other entities that we are tracking MD orders from the time they are sent for signature to when they are received back  signed with a signature.   Their currently is a spot in the episode tab to indicate when they are signed by  the physician  and when the order is locked, but no area to track when they were sent.
