Under the “Contacts” tab in client details, it would be helpful to be able to view the telephone numbers (and notes) on the main page instead of having to click on the edit button to view. Currently, you can only view easily the name and relationship. When staff are making numerous calls to numerous clients, it would be more efficient to view the contact info with less clicks. There are multiple spots for phone numbers under client “Name and Address” tab but no field to identify who the phone number belongs to. If a program is working with children, we may have more than one contact listed (mom, dad, grandma, etc). It would be helpful to either: add more fields to “Name and Address” to specify or make the “Contacts” better viewed.
