Show Physician NPI and Address on Provider/Program tab

Would be nice to see the physician’s NPI’s under the clients data rather than have to go into the set up under physician’s to look the number up since needing it when complete service agreements in MMIS.

    We would also like to see the physician's address when hovering over the physician information.
