Many times custom forms need to be updated after it is no longer editable, which requires that you create a copy of the original and add the updates to the new form. You can't use the same name on the copy.

So either allow the form name to be edited and changed back to the original file name, or create an alias field, which can always be edited, and then that is the name that will be the title of the form.
