Ability to add multiple CPT codes for one service. For example a service of an IUD removal and reinsertion we currently have to enter two separate services/activities to account for both CPT codes (no combo ICD10 CPT Codes for this). If we could add multiple CPT codes per service we could enter the one service/activity per event + documentation on the one visit.

Not only would this be helpful in a reproductive health setting, but for programs such as Birth-to-Three that may have therapists that need to document 2-3 separate CPT codes for one visit. With the ability to have multiple CPT codes for an activity/service would allow us to accurately billing & chart within the one activity (visit).
