Change the color of the font in the scheduler. It is very hard to see the light color so black would be a great choice and could be seen on almost every color.

perhaps the ability to change the color of the font so if a dark color were used for an appointment, a light font could be used as well as black being able to be used on most colors. I agree the grey is very difficult to see on many colors.
