We have daily observation therapy visits for tuberculosis clients, we have to chart under an activity for the client in CHAMPS and have to do a paper chart that is required from Iowa Department of Public Health for their records. We would like to be able to download the DOT Log under client's name under a tab so the nurses could chart on it daily in one area and not in 2 areas. We would also like to be able to download our consents under client's name so they could sign it electronically.
